"Service Above and Beyond - I purchased an Accuquilt go Big just before Christmas and when I received it, it turned out they had shipped the wrong one. When I called the store Erik checked into it and realized the wrong box had shipped out. He then proceeded to say he would personally drive the new one to my home over two hours away ( one way) and exchange it for the right one. That is the type of service you get when dealing with a small business.
