Batting Delivery Information 

We are delighted to offer personalized batting delivery services to multiple locations across Ontario. Please find below the upcoming delivery locations and their scheduled dates:

    London: 

    • Date: September 14th at 12PM
    • Location: Princess Auto Parking Lot
    • Address: 4380 Wellington Rd S, London, ON N6E 2Z6

     Barrie:

    • Date:  September 21st at 12PM
    • Location: Allandale Recreation Centre
    • Address: 190 Bayview Drive, Barrie, ON L4N 4Y8

    Ottawa:

    • Date: September 28th at 12PM.
    • Location: Canadian Tire Centre, Parking Lot 6
    • Address: 770 Cyclone Taylor, Ottawa, ON K2V 1C9

    Kitchener: 

    • Date:  Not currently scheduled, most recently July 13th at 12PM
    • Location: Sportsworld Crossing Parking Lot by Ye’s Sushi
    • Address: 70 Sportsworld Drive, Kitchener, ON N2P 2J1

    Cornwall: 

    • Date: Not currently scheduled.
    • Location: Cornwall Civic Complex
    • Address: 100 Water St E, Cornwall, ON K6H 6G4

    St. Catharines:

    • Date: Not currently scheduled.
    • Location: QEW - Victoria Ave Car Pool Lot

    Preorder Required: To receive batting at these designated drop locations, preordering is mandatory. We do not carry extra inventory for onsite purchases.

    Placing Your Order: During checkout, under the "Delivery" section, select "Ship" as illustrated below.

    Enter your address details as required.

    Under the "Shipping Method" section, you'll find our available shipping options and scheduled delivery locations as illustrated below.

    Important Notes:

    • If your desired delivery location isn't listed, it may be at capacity or past the cutoff date.
    • You must use an Ontario shipping address and exclude any PO Box information for the options to appear. 
    • A $5 per order (not per item) delivery charge applies. Additional items can be ordered alongside batting.
    • Orders cannot be modified once placed. If you wish to order more items for delivery, please place an additional order.
    • Refunds on delivery charges for subsequent orders won't be provided.

    Van Identification: We primarily operate from our Kawartha Quilting and Sewing Van (pictured below). Any changes in vehicle or delivery details will be communicated via email prior to the delivery date.

    Order Confirmation and Pickup:

    • You will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and selected delivery location. Please ensure to provide us with an email address and phone number during checkout.
    • Bring a copy of your order confirmation email to the delivery, including if someone else is picking up on your behalf.
    • The day before the scheduled drop, we'll email any additional instructions or updates regarding the delivery.
