Batting and Local Delivery Information

We are delighted to offer personalized batting and order delivery to quilting communities across Ontario. Below you’ll find our upcoming stops and everything you need to know to reserve your rolls.

Preordering is mandatory.
We load the van based on confirmed orders only, so we don’t bring extra inventory for walk-up purchases.

How It Works

  1. Add batting or any other items to your cart.
  2. During checkout choose Ship or Deliver, then pick your desired scheduled delivery location from the list.
  3. Meet us at that location on the date & time in your confirmation email - your order will be waiting!

Important Details

  • $5 flat delivery fee per order (not per item).
  • If you see a "shipping" rate higher than $5, you have not yet selected the delivery location.
  • On some devices: the delivery options may be collapsed. Tap to expand the list and select your $5 city/date option before you pay.
  • Cut-off is typically 48 hrs before each run—spots fill fast.
  • Orders can’t be modified once placed; submit a second order if you need extra items.

How To Order

At checkout, in the Delivery Method section, choose Ship or Deliver to select our delivery-location options.

The delivery fee is added automatically, and your desired location stop is tied to your order—no extra steps needed.

Select Your Delivery Location

Once you have filled our your "Shipping Address", click the "Continue to Shipping" button to proceed to the next page.

In the Shipping or Delivery method step, every upcoming delivery stop appears as its own option—date included. If you don’t see your city, the run is full, past its cut-off, or not yet scheduled.

  • On some devices, incuding mobile, you may have to tap the ▾ arrow to reveal the full list.
  • Choose the correct stop before you pay; your order is assigned to that location.
  • A confirmation email with expanded details will hit your inbox right away.

Order Confirmation & Pickup

  • You’ll receive an order-confirmation email with your order number and chosen delivery location.
  • This is a scheduled meet-up (not a drop-off location). Please arrive on time, as we can’t leave orders behind.
  • Bring your confirmation email (printed or on your phone) to the meet-up—especially if someone else is collecting on your behalf.
  • Running late or can’t make it? Call us as soon as possible at 705-201-5262.
  • Two days before the run, we’ll email any last-minute instructions or updates.
  • Weather events: dates may shift if road or storm conditions change. We’ll contact you ASAP if this occurs.

Van Identification

We’ll usually arrive in our branded Kawartha Quilting & Sewing van (pictured). If anything changes—vehicle, driver, or meeting point—we’ll email you the update before delivery day.
