A compact BERNINA with a colour touchscreen
The BERNINA 325 Generation 2 pairs the familiar free-arm format with touchscreen stitch selection and adjustable presser-foot pressure. Choose a stitch, adjust its length and width, and save combinations for your next project. This is the current Generation 2 sewing machine; its features differ from those of the earlier B325.
Find the settings for your project
The Sewing Consultant helps you select a fabric and technique, sets the corresponding stitch and suggests other settings. The colour screen keeps stitch selection and adjustment together, making it easier to move between construction, finishing and decorative work.
Control the fabric and the pace
Adjust presser-foot pressure to suit the material you are sewing. The slide speed control lets you limit your pace for careful positioning or longer seams, with a maximum of 900 stitches per minute. Start/Stop, Reverse, Securing, Needle Up/Down and Pattern End controls keep frequently used functions close at hand.
Practical threading and working room
A semi-automatic needle threader assists with threading the eye of the needle. The CB hook, manual thread-tension adjustment and LED sewing light support everyday sewing. There is 160 mm of room to the right of the needle, while the included free-arm slide-on table adds support for wider fabric pieces.

The included Buttonhole Sole #3 supports manual buttonhole sewing. Automatic Buttonhole Foot with Slide #3A is an optional accessory; automatic repeat-length buttonholes require that optional foot.
